Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to the bowl of a food processor or a bowl.
Blend/stir until smooth. Add the lime juice and zest.
Blend/stir again. Taste and adjust. Add more lime juice if you want it tangier, more cilantro for a fresher flavour. You can even add a pinch of cayenne or a jalapeńo for some heat. If the crema is too thick, add a little water (or lime juice) 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired drizzle-friendly consistency.

For a silky, restaurant-style crema, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, simply mix everything in a bowl.For the best flavour, let the crema sit in the fridge for at least 15–30 minutes before serving.
