HORSERADISH SAUCE RECIPE

This Horseradish Sauce Recipe is quick and easy to make and packed full of flavour. It's creamy, has the perfect punch and is great for slathering onto anything from tacos to burgers, to veggies and grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sour Cream*
  • 2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the sour cream, prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

You can use Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, or any combination of Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and sour cream instead if you prefer.
For the best flavour and texture, refrigerate the horseradish sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving. Chilling allows the flavours to meld together and gives the sauce a thicker consistency.
