Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed Salad Greens (such as iceberg, romaine, arugula, and spinach) washed and thoroughly dried
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Your Favourite Dressing (see notes for suggestions)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
