Ingredients
3cupsMilk Powder
8ozWhite Chocolate
1cupIcing Sugar
1cupWhite Sugar
⅓cupPeanut Butter Powder
1tspSalt
Instructions
Add the white chocolate pieces to a food processor.
Pulse into small chunks.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until a fine powder forms. Transfer to an airtight container or jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to a year.
TO MAKE A CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE
Add 4-5 tablespoons of the mix to a large cup or mug.
Top with 1 cup (8 ounces) of boiling water. Stir until the powder dissolves, top with all your favourite hot chocolate toppings and enjoy!

This homemade peanut butter white chocolate mix will make about 16 cups in total.If you just want plain white hot chocolate, feel free to omit the peanut butter powder. Simply add an additional 1/3 cup of icing sugar instead.
