1bunchAsparagus
8oz.Cremini or Baby Bella Mushroomssliced
3tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oildivided
3Cloves Garlicminced
1tspWorcestershire Sauce
1tspBalsamic Vinegar
½tspSalt(or to taste)
½tspBlack Pepper
¼tspRed Pepper Flakesoptional

Instructions
Trim the asparagus and cut it into 2-inch pieces.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Stir and cook another 2 minutes.
Toss in the asparagus, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is crisp-tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil over the top for a rich finish. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired and enjoy!
